Frequently Asked Questions

We prefer to ship by UPS whenever possible, but may choose another
shippper (e.g. USPS or Fedex) at our discresion. You may also indicate
your shipping preference on Checkout, but we reserve the right to
choose another based on logistical, price and other factors. However,
we do this with your interests at heart and will always make sure you
get the best shipping service and deal!
All our shipments are tracked when possible, and the day your package
is shipped we will send you an e-mail with your UPS (or other shipper)
tracking number. We will also give you brief instructions on how to
track shipping online or by phone, so you can follow the delivery of
your purchase to your door.
