What is your Returns Policy? |

We
strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but cannot accept unauthorized
returns or returns more than 7 (seven) days after receipt.
- Before returning any
order you must Contact
Us within 7 (seven) days of receipt and obtain a
Returns Number. No orders returned
without such a Returns
Number will be refunded or
replaced.
- You must
also return your order in the same mint condition and original
packaging we shipped it in (repackaged with our packing material),
unless it was damaged in the mail and had been
insured. (Insured shipping is
optional and costs extra) Uninsured returned
damaged orders will not be accepted.
- If product is damaged in shipment (and had been
insured) you must contact
us within 3 days of receipt.
- You
will be responsible for any
shipping and handling charges for returning the order as well as a
10% restocking fee.
- Custom orders
are normally non-returnable, so Contact Us first.
On receipt of
the returned order on the aforesaid conditions:
- We will refund you the full purchase price
(less shipping and handling); or
- If you prefer and it is available, send you a replacement
within a reasonable time, or as soon as we are physically able to do so
(plus shipping and handling). It goes without
saying that we may not be able to replace custom, one-off, special,
end-of-the-line or Limited Edition
Lampshades, and
other Shades may (for various reasons beyond our control) be impossible
to replicate exactly, or may take much longer to make because of issues
such as unavailability of supplies, etc. Our decision in this regard is
final.
Whatever the
case, we will co-operate fully with you and keep you
informed!
